Pottery Painting Workshop-Yorkshire Craft Festival

Paint your own blank bisque ware pottery. Have fun in choosing what to paint and then let your imagination run wild! 

When and where are the workshops:  

As part of the Yorkshire Craft Festival, these workshops will take place daily between 10th – 14th April in the “Pottery pop up marquee” outside M&S on Parliament Street in the heart of York.  The workshops will start  at 10am each morning.  The workshops will take place on the hour until 5.00pm daily .  

Duration:

The pot throwing workshop will last approx. 45 minutes.  Your piece will be taken away to be fired after. The fired piece will be available for collection at a later event (or can be posted subject to a postage charge-arranged on the day).

Costs:

Pot painting will depend on the “blank” chosen, these range from £5 to £15. Various blanks are available and can be seen below.  Payment of £5 will be taken at the point of purchase and the balance can be paid on the day according to which piece you paint!

Capacity:

The pot painting workshop is suitable for 12 people at a time.
