Anastasia Smith , a pressed flower and resin artist creates intricate botanical pieces that preserve the natural beauty of real flowers in lasting designs.

Inspired by nature and a love of detailed floral compositions, her work transforms delicate blooms into wearable jewellery and decorative pieces for the home.

Anastasia will be hosting a series of resin flower workshops giving you a chance to explore this creative process and make your own designs .

These workshops are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to try something new in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to turn real flowers into jewellery, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on.

Even if you don’t consider yourself creative, the workshops are designed to be enjoyable , easy to follow and a lovely way to unwind.

 

Workshops will take place in the Floristry marquee situated on Parliament Street in the heart of York as part of the Yorkshire Halloween Festival due to take place between 22nd October – 30th October 2026.

Botanical Resin Jewellery Workshop

 

Create your own floral pendant necklace or earrings using real flowers.   

Full tuition will be give by Anastasia from Haus of Daschund.

 

When and where are the workshops:

As part of the Yorkshire Halloween Festival, these workshops will take place daily between 22nd October -30th October  in the “Floristry pop up marquee” outside M&S on Parliament Street in the heart of York.  The workshops will take place daily at:

11am, 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm

Duration:

The Botanical Resin Jewellery workshop will last approx. 30-45 minutes.  You will come away with a finished piece of jewellery.

Capacity:

The  workshop is suitable for 10 people at a time.
