Margaret Geraghty Art

I am a Yorkshire artist who was born just outside Malton and- apart from a brief spell in the south of England - I have spent my life living within a twenty mile radius of the town.  I now work from my studio in a small village in the Yorkshire Wolds where I produce my animal and bird portraits and landscapes paintings which are inspired by my surroundings and love of nature.

After a variety of careers including; Civil Servant, Lecturer and Company Director, I am now building a career as an artist.  Over the last five years I’ve sold several pieces and had my work accepted into several open exhibitions and art galleries in North and East Yorkshire.
