Hedgehog Jug & Sugar Pot Collection

Description

This set of a hand-thrown milk jug and lidded sugar pot is decorated with a light blue glaze and hedgehog design. The pot and lid are carefully crafted to include a hole where a sugar spoon can be placed. Alternatively, if no spoon is in use the lid can be rotated to cover the hole.  The milk-jug features a generously sized hand-pulled handle, ensuring the jug is easy to hold. The carefully moulded lip of the jug helps it pour easily without spillage. The hedgehog design is individually drawn onto each pot making every drawing subtly different and unique. Spoon not included.

Elizabeth’s glazed earthenware pottery is created to be both decorative and functional. It is dishwasher safe. The pottery may be put in the microwave but please note the pot becomes hot during this process so care must be taken when handling it. Due to the firing temperatures of earthenware pottery it is not ovenproof but can be warmed to serve hot food and liquids.
