Piers Edsall from Environmental Arts is offering a unique opportunity for you to learn how to become a blacksmith and forge your very own accessory- choose from a unique bottle opener or a charming candle lantern.
This workshop is part of the Yorkshire Craft Festival due to take place in between 10th-14th April 2025.
What’s on Offer?
Forge your own bottle opener or candle lantern!
Craft a robust and characterful bottle opener, perfect for cracking open your favourite beverages, or forge a charming candle lantern, casting a warm and inviting glow. Full tuition will be give by Piers from Environmental Arts.

When and where are the workshops:
As part of the Yorkshire Halloween Festival, these workshops will take place daily between 10th-14th April 2025 in the “Blacksmithing pop up marquee” outside M&S on Parliament Street in the heart of York. The workshops will take place daily at:
11am, 12 noon & 1pm
Duration:
The Blacksmithing workshop will last approx. 45 minutes. You will come away with a finished product to take home.

The workshop is suitable for 2 people at a time.
