“All invited” Crackling Campfire Session
Step inside the tipi and explore our pop-up campsite! Warm up by the fire, cast shadows on the walls and create your own sensory soundscapes using our colourful “Zoom ring”. Just turn up- no need to book!
Brought to you by Toolbox Drama, an inclusive provision for adults with additional needs. They deliver drama, music, dance and singing programmes on a weekly basis, as well as regular outreach workshops and large scale events.
Toolbox Drama ensure that their activities are accessible to a multitude of needs, whilst also delivering high-quality creative arts activity delivered by experienced performers and practitioners.
When and where are the sessions:
As part of the Yorkshire Halloween Festival, these sensory sessions will take place on Parliament Street in the heart of York, within the “Sensory Tipi” opposite Marks & Spencer.
These sessions are held in a beautifully decorated tipi, dressed with autumnal decoration, providing a warm, cosy and enchanting backdrop to this magical experience.
The sessions will be open sessions, no need to book- just turn up!
The sessions will take place on the following dates/times:
