Mike Bennett from Must Forge is offering a unique opportunity for you to make your own metal rose from either steel or copper.
Creating beautiful metal roses, having made them in his forge for many years, he has developed a method of tuition that allows even a novice to create a beautiful metal rose to take home.
Workshops will take place in the Blacksmithing Pop-up marquee situated on Parliament Street in the heart of York as part of the Yorkshire Craft Festival due to take place between 10th-14th April 2025.

Make your own metal rose from either steel or copper. Full tuition will be give by Mike from Must Forge.
When and where are the workshops:
As part of the Yorkshire Halloween Festival, these workshops will take place daily between 10th-14th April 2025 in the “Blacksmithing pop up marquee” outside M&S on Parliament Street in the heart of York. The workshops will take place daily at:
11am, 12 noon & 1pm
Duration:
The Make Your Own Metal Rose workshop will last approx. 1 hour. You will come away with a finished metal rose to take home.
Costs:
Make your own copper rose £45
Make your own steel rose £35
Capacity:
The workshop is suitable for 4 people at a time.
