My background is in forestry and tree surgery and my passion for all things wood led to me create items for friends and family. Demand increased and Wild Wood Gifts was born.

I am fortunate to be able to turn my passion into a full time business and I enjoy every aspect; from selecting the wood and hand crafting each item in my workshop near Skipton, North Yorkshire, and meeting customers at various events throughout the North of England.

I personally select the finest English Oak and Ash from a responsible, reputable sawmill in the heart of Cumbria. I am passionate about the items I handcraft and that includes the provenance and quality of the wood I use.

The wonderful nature of the wood ensures that every product is completely different, in appearance and character, giving you a unique and original piece.

All our food boards are coated in pure rapeseed oil to naturally enhance and capture the beauty of the wood. Simple care instructions and information are provided with every purchase.
