Handmade Yorkshire Signature London Dry Gin 70cl

Description

Made specially to celebrate our 10th birthday, our handmade London Dry Gin is most desirable. With a light, crisp and refreshing taste, it works perfectly with tonic and a twist of pink grapefruit.

Because we make it the old fashioned way, there is no artificial colours or additives. Also every step from farm to bottle is done by hand = better for the planet and we’re pretty chuffed about that!

Tasting Notes – With the base of our Spirit being sugar beet the taste is mildly sweet & sharp making our London Dry Gin balanced, light and very moreish.

On the nose our blend of botanicals &  base of sugar beet creates an unusually bright, aromatic,  floral & crisp tipple with the right balance of  dry woodiness from the Juniper berries. On the palate a  citrusy,  almost sherbet like, flavour is evoked  from a blend of  coriander seeds & citrus zest with spicy peppery & mulled undertones from the cinnamon and cardamom.

Best enjoyed as a double measure over a large amount of ice that’s topped with a premium tonic and garnished with a fresh sprig of rosemary, a twist of pink grapefruit skin and a pinch of dried juniper berries! It’s also great in any Gin cocktail recipe.
