Handmade Yorkshire Pink Gin 70cl

Description

Our Accidentally Vegan Pink Gin is made using Signature London Dry Gin. We blush it pink using locally sourced, Yorkshire hand picked raspberries and strawberries. We never use artificial colours or additives & every step from farm to bottle is done by hand. less/ no machinery = better for the planet and we’re pretty chuffed about that!

Tasting Notes –  With the base of our Spirit being sugar beet the taste is mildly sweet & sharp making our Pink Gin balanced, light and very moreish. A classic aromatic blend of hardy Juniper berry followed by a slightly citrus burst from the coriander seeds & citrus zest is then followed by a light, refreshing, subtle tart & fruity sweetness that’s left on the palate from the hand-picked Yorkshire strawberries & raspberries.

Best enjoyed as a double measure over a large amount of ice that’s topped with a premium tonic and garnished with fresh raspberries and strawberries – if you want to be really fancy add a sprig of fresh mint! It’s also great in any Gin cocktail recipe.
